Once you have received the data disk from CPOMS there are a number of steps to take to transfer the information. 

Firstly insert the disk provided into your computer and open to view the files. You can easily drag and drop the zip file from the disk drive to your desktop to save the file to the device. 

Next the file should be securely sent to our support engineering team. This can be done within Impero EdAware by heading to https://uk.edaware.cloud/send and choosing the file or dragging and dropping the zip file from your desk top into the space provided. 

Once you have pressed send you should follow up by contacting support@imperosoftware.com with the zip file passwords provided by CPOMS.

Please remember to fully delete the file from your device.
