If you're seeing the following screen when you try and access certain parts of a child's profile, the system is asking for your two-factor authentication code.

You'll have previously set this up using your phone or a tablet (such as an iPad). To find the code, look on your device for the "Google Authenticator" app and open it. Enter the six-digit code displayed on your device into the EdAware screen, and press "Continue".

If you've lost or changed your mobile phone since you first set this up, please contact your DSL who can reset the authentication code connection.
