The training record can be found in the People section of the system. You can record the necessity for training, training completed and set reminders for refreshers for each staff member. 

The record is broken down into subject areas and can be updated individually or in bulk. To update an individual staff record, select the training type from the menu, enter the date for the most recent training that took place. You can enter when the next session is scheduled if you know it but the record can be saved without this information.
