We use Groupcall to securely link your MIS with Impero Backdrop. Groupcall should have sent you through details on how to register on their platform. If you don’t have these details, please follow these instructions provided by Groupcall.

Setting up your integration
1. Once you have got setup with Groupcall, contact us at Impero and we can proceed to the next phase of setup.
2. Impero invites your school(s) to connect with us via the Groupcall dashboard. In order to do that we require the following information. If you are part of an organisation that manages multiple schools then you are required to provide this information for each school you are enrolling with Impero.
Contact First Name
Contact Last Name
Mobile or Landline Number (for password resets)
3. Once Impero has this information we then invite you to connect with us via Groupcall.
4. You then receive an invite from us via Groupcall that you are required to accept to begin data syncs
5. That is it! once you accept the invite, the data begins to sync automatically over the next 24hrs.
