Live Guide offers customers with a Zendesk account easy integration to their existing ticket management system and process.
The integration is set up from Live Guide Administration where you link to your Zendesk account and set options for automatic ticket creation.
Tickets can also be created manually by operators during a chat.
Operators can see and search the Zendesk ticket history directly from the Operator Console.
