When a user gets a new mobile phone they need to reconnect their device to their Impero Backdrop account. 

Users with suitable permissions can do this from the Staff Members section of Administration.

Firstly, find the user in question and check the box to the right of their entry. From the Actions, drop-down menu, select Reset Authentication Code, and then click on Save.

A green notification bar confirms that the authentication has been correctly reset. 

When the user next attempts to access an area that requires 2FA they are presented with a QR barcode and instructions on how to connect.
