When Adobe released the latest Flash Player upgrade an issue was introduced in the Internet Explorer version of the software, which does not allow flash applications to understand when the customer clicks inside the application.
This issue affects the Browser Notification option from the Live Guide Operator Console.
There is no workaround so far, but we are currently waiting on a fix from the Adobe team.
We will keep you informed on the progress of this.
You can see the status of the bug here:
https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-6315
Therefore, unless you have other reasons (e.g. security, application compatibility) to upgrade to the latest Flash Player version (10.2) for Internet Explorer, we suggest you wait until this issue is resolved.
In case you have already upgraded or wish to upgrade, you can use Safari 5.0(http://www.apple.com/safari/) instead of Internet Explorer, and the Browser Notification feature in Live Guide will still work.
