What if my organisation doesn’t use UPNs?

Unique Pupil Numbers are used by schools to track a pupil throughout their education. Some organisations, such as private schools, do not use UPNs as a standard.  

If this is the case for your organisation you can leave this blank when adding. Unique identification numbers are generated within the system to make sure that students are tracked internally.
