Impero Education Pro Blank Screen function allows a Console user to blank the screen of a Windows 7 device so the end user cannot see what is happening on the screen but the Console user can.
If as the Console user you are also getting a blank screen appear then it is likely that Aero (a hardware-based graphical user interface for Windows 7) is enabled. In order for the blank screen function to work correctly on Windows 7 then it is necessary that Aero is disabled.
To disable Aero, follow these steps
1) On the target Windows 7 device.
2) Choose Start->Control Panel->Personalization.
3) Select any of the themes in the Basic and High Contract theme category.
