Minimum system requirements

Before we get you set up on Impero EdAware, you will need to make sure that you meet the minimum system requirements.

We support the last two versions of any of the browsers listed below.  If you are unsure which of the following to choose from we recommend Google Chrome.

• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Safari

We do not support Internet Explorer.

You may need to configure your network to allow:

• Access to *.backdrop.cloud and *.edaware.cloud through HTTP/S traffic (outbound ports 80 and 443)
• Incoming email from *@mailsend.backdrop.cloud and *@mailsend.edaware.cloud
