Organisations can add customised characteristics to better reflect the lives and experiences of students, support reports on interventions and progress and understand vulnerabilities when adding a concern. The characteristics can be marked as true or false with a cross or tick on the individual profile.
Multi Academy Trusts, districts or grouped organisations can set these across their whole network for data parity. Please get in touch with our support team with the characteristics to be included.
Users with suitable permissions in single organisations should follow these steps.
Head to Administration and select Characteristics from the System Settings menu on the left.
Click on Add Characteristic and complete the form with the new flag you would like to add. The label is used in reporting to indicate which characteristics apply to an individual profile.
When you click save the system will update and the characteristic is automatically enabled. You can then update individual profile pages to denote whether the characteristic should be active or not.
