Firewall & proxy considerations

The following items need to be allowed in order for the application to work:

• HTTPS to visioncos.netop.com
• HTTPS to accounts.google.com, accounts.youtube.com/accounts/setsid (used for signin)
• HTTPS to classroom.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com/oauth2 (for information about the students, classes, google analytics, etc)
• WSS (secure web sockets) to *visioncos.netop.com (WebRTC signaling. There is a fallback to HTTPS)
• STUN to stun.l.google.com:19302 (for WebRTC ICE NAT punching)

For connectivity between the Teacher and the Student, WebRTC negotiates the protocol used for connectivity (UDP or TCP), directly to the IP or through NAT punching, using a range of dynamic ports (more information is available here).
