When your Impero Server is installed, it takes a fingerprint of the hardware it is installed on, i.e. IP Address, MAC Address, hard drives etc. If any changes to this fingerprint are detected, the Impero Server becomes unregistered, meaning it requires to be re-licensed. This is to prevent unauthorized installs of the Impero Server application.
A de-registration could also be caused by a lack of space on the drive where Impero Server is installed on.
Windows Updates and server reboots may also cause a de-registration.
Licenses might require to be reactivated. In this case, please get in touch via email at support@imperosoftware.com
If you already know your activation code please include it in your request.
