We use Groupcall XPorter to securely link your MIS with Impero Backdrop. Groupcall should have sent you through details on how to register on their platform. If you don’t have these details, please follow these instructions provided by Groupcall.
The Community Brands team have created the following documents to answer questions about sharing data via the Xporter tool:
Setting up your integration
Impero invites your school(s) to connect with us via the Groupcall dashboard. In order to do that we require the following information. If you are part of an organisation that manages multiple schools then you are required to provide this information for each school you are enrolling with Impero.
When choosing the data areas for Xporter to share, please select all of the below to ensure a successful synchronization. These data areas were shared previously via the Assembly Platform and are needed to successfully map data with Xporter:
- Address
- Contact
- Photos
- SchoolLite
- SEN
- SENTypes
- Staff
- Student
- StudentEthnicity
- StudentExtended
- StudentFamily
- StudentFunding
- StudentMedical
- UPN
Once you have successfully authorized sharing contact us at Impero and we can proceed to the next phase of setup. The data begins to sync automatically over the next 24hrs.
