If you can't see any children listed on the Children screen on Impero EdAware, your user permissions might be set incorrectly.
Please ask your school to change your permissions and ensure you have access to pupils you may need to add concerns for.
If your permissions are correct, there may be a problem with your MIS sync. This is the data link between your school's student database and the system. Your School Business Manager can check the sync is working.
