This can be due to your MIS requiring that you have shared data processing rights with Impero EdAware. Check the following information in your MIS.
Children need to have:
- A start date (set in the past)
- A valid UPN
- An active registration group (with the start date on the registration group set in the past)
Staff need to have:
- A start date (set in the past)
- An active registration group (with the start date on the registration group set in the past)
- A class associated
MIS synchronization may take up to 48 hours to occur.
You can also check the MIS Sync for errors by navigation to Administration-> MIS Sync Logs -> View Log
Please check these are in place before contacting support as we will ask you to confirm this.
