Workaround Host will not start after Microsoft update KB3000850 (applicable to versions prior v12.01)

If Microsoft update KB3000850 is applied to Windows 8.1 or Server 2012 R2, the Impero Host process will not start.  This effects all versions of the Netop Host through the release of Impero Connect Host version 12.00.  A fix for this is included in the release of Host version 12.01.
To resolve this issue either remove this Optional Windows update or update/upgrade the Impero Connect Host to version 12.01 or newer.
