Why can’t I see new starters?

In order for any new student to appear on EdAware, each of the following data items need to be present in your MIS on the student’s profile:

• The student’s start date *,
• The student’s UPN,
• An active registration group for the student, with the start date on the registration group set in the past.

*If a student’s start date is set for a date in the future when they are added to MIS, eg. September 1^st, then that student will start being imported into EdAware on that date.
