You can add a staff member, social worker, youth offending lead or another professional who is not present on your MIS under Staff Members in the Administration section.
You'll need to have an appropriate User Group set up for them already, If you don't already have a group with appropriate permissions for them set up, we would recommend creating a new one up before adding the new user.
Please bear in mind that because these staff aren't feeding in from your MIS, changes in their contact details or employment status won't be automatically updated - you'll need to go to the full Staff Members list and set their User Group to blank when you want to rescind access.
