Sharing a keyword list

When creating a Keyword List, it's possible to set the privacy of the list to either 'Private' or 'Public'.

You can also switch a list from 'Private' to 'Public', or vice-versa, when editing a keyword list.

• Private - List is only available within you school
• Public - List is made available within the 'Shared Keyword Lists'

When your list is shared, it does not list any information which identifies your school. However, if your keywords contain personal information we recommend that you keep your list private.
