Capture digest emails are design as a summary of activity that has taken place on student devices over a period of time. It is particularly helpful for staff that have overall responsibility for student wellbeing, but might not be involved in monitoring, triaging and actioning captures day to day.
Once set up digest emails will be sent at the times selected times. They will reflect captures of each severity type that have not been triaged or actioned in the past 24 hours. This means that captures that have been reviewed and had the status changed will not be included. You can find out more information about capture status types in this article.
Each email is broken down by severity type and has links to take you to the individual capture review page or to view more captures of that type.
Finally there is a link to the whole capture manager, where you can review all new captures that have not been actioned or triaged.
