By incorporating this feature, the necessity of manually assigning new users to a group and inviting them into the system is eliminated.
To follow a best practice approach, it is advisable to handle a minimal number of Staff User Groups. Your Default Group should be designated as a "Teachers" group, enabling users to view students who are rostered users via an official source. If a user requires elevated access to view all students, this can be achieved by accessing the specific school and granting the user a higher permission level.
