Improvements to Safeguarding & Wellbeing

To improve system speed and performance, Impero is making changes to how long student data is accessible from the Backdrop user-interface.

Impero will regularly migrate data for Wellbeing ‘captures’ and the ‘actions’ recorded as part of student profile audit logs.

Only data that is older than 90 days will be migrated. All recent data will remain accessible from the Backdrop user interface. To be clear, older data is migrated to a secure location, not deleted or destroyed.

Customers researching a serious student issue should review the Backdrop user-interface for all recent data first and then contact Impero if they need access to migrated data.
