Moving to the free version

If you have been using Impero EdAware as a paying customer and would like to downgrade to the free Impero back:drop package you are able to do so at the end of your current contract.  

When your renewal date approaches you can either wait to be contacted by renewals team or reach out to sales@imperosoftware.com to inform them you would like to move to Impero back:drop. 

After the expiry date you will no longer receive an MIS sync and will have to manually update staff and pupil data. You will also find that features, such as flag characteristics are no longer available.
