Live Guide - Changing your administrator password

In order to change your Live Guide administrator password:

1.   Go to http://www.netop.com/remote-support/resources/customer-service/sign-in.htm. Make sure you are logged out of the netop.com.

2.   Click the Did you forget your MyVision or Live Guide password? link.

3.   Enter the E-mail address and click the Send instructions button.

4.   Follow the instruction received by E-mail.
