Using Top Bar Navigation

Top Bar Navigation is a persistent menu that can be accessed from anywhere in the system and allows us to deliver user specific content such as concerns and capture notifications, reminders or access to My Profile. 

This change allows users to review personalised alerts without navigating away from their current task and  provides a focused and simplified core feature menu.
