In order to see any gaps in your staff records you can export their SCR entry to Excel letting you easily see what needs to be completed.
Head to the People section and select the staff member whose record you would like to check. Select Identification Check from the menu and then Export to Excel. The document downloads automatically with the file name SCR Export - Staff Name.
Remember, the Single Central Record should be just that - a single source of information. If you export records to Excel to identify gaps, make sure you update the records within the product not on the Excel sheet itself.
