Identifying the Allowed Version

There are two ways to find out your current allowed version

1, Your allowed version is displayed on your Impero server, by running the Impero Server application and verify under the Licence tab. 

2, Log into your Impero customer portal support.imperosoftware.com once you have logged in select products a list of your current products and details will be displayed.

You cannot install a later version of Impero until your Allowed Version is updated. If you would like to upgrade your allowed version to the latest release please create a ticket through our customer portal support.imperosoftware.com
