We have outlined steps below on how to resolve the app integrity error when installing the Edlink app.
Prerequisites
- iOS devices are online and are active within the MDM
- Highly recommend iOS devices are running on at least iPadOS 15.0
Step 1 - Sign in to your Edlink School/District
Step 2 - Navigate to Applications
Step 3 - Navigate to Edlink and click the pencil icon to edit the app
Step 4 - Click the following button "Re-Push to All"
Step 5 - The Edlink app will now be re-deployed to the iOS device and you should now see the following Edlink icon
Additional task to undertake if the issue is still persisting
Check version number for the Edlink app is set to 247 in both the "External URL" & "Version" section.
Step 5 - Some devices may say "Waiting for next application sync" following the Re-Push this is can occur when the iPad is still downloading the app and or has not reported back to the MDM with any updates. This can be force updated by clicking the following "Get managed Application Status" + "Get Installed Applications" and then the refresh button.
Additional Notes:
- We highly recommend iOS devices are running on at least iPadOS 15.0 for maximum compatibility with this version
