Understandably, when a staff member has left the school, it is recommended that you ensure that they can no longer log in to the system.


When they have a leave date on the MIS they are no longer pulled through when your MIS syncs. However, their records and concerns associated with them will remain, as they are court documents.



If they still are displayed in your staff list, try going to Administration and select Force MIS Sync.



It takes a couple of minutes for a manual MIS sync to complete, this helps ensure that up-to-date information in your MIS is reflected in Impero EdAware. 


If it is necessary for you to suspend or revoke access for a staff member immediately, simply head to your staff list and set the user group option to '---'. This removes them from their user group and they no longer have access to Impero EdAware. 



You can also disable the staff account by checking the box next to their name and selecting Disable Account from Options.
