Getting started with EdLink is quick and easy. Below are some steps you should take prior to install to ensure it all goes smoothly.  

Network pre-requisites 

 

Ensure that the following is configured ahead of your installation with Impero: 

  • An 802.11 wireless network is open or using a Pre-Shared Key (PSK) 
  • If you use a SSL-inspecting proxy, add a temporary network without SSL interception to configure tablets 
  • Ensure consistent connectivity and sufficient bandwidth is available for any initial deployment of apps 
  • Apply the following rules to your firewall, filter and/or a proxy:
