Why am I not being automatically updated to the latest version of Impero?
Each time a new version of Impero Workplace Pro is released, you should be notified via an automated email from Impero. Alternatively, you can view the “Change Log” in the Automatic Updates tab in the Impero Server which will have the latest version information.
Impero will never release a new version of Workplace pro to your establishment without first checking with you. This is because there may be specific requirements that need to be met in order for your upgrade to run successfully, and to ensure that no disruption is caused on your network. If you wish to upgrade to the latest available version, please contact Impero Support via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
