If you have had your two-factor authentication reset, you will be required to re-scan the barcode within the Google Authenticator app. This might happen if you have a new phone or to fix a problem. Two-factor authentication re-sets can be sent by the DSL or Impero Support team.
This will guide you through removing and re-scanning the two-factor authentication barcode:
1) Click the on the Authentication app icon:
2) Click on the pencil icon (circled in the image)
3) Then tick any codes starting with 'Impero Backdrop' then press delete (both highlighted in blue)
4) Confirm the deletion.
5) Click on Begin Setup.
6) Click on Scan barcode.
7) Scan the barcode displayed on your screen and enter the 6 digit code that is on your phone in this field and click on Continue.
