If you have had your two-factor authentication reset, you will be required to re-scan the barcode within the Google Authenticator app. This might happen if you have a new phone or to fix a problem. Two-factor authentication re-sets can be sent by the DSL or Impero Support team. 

This will guide you through removing and re-scanning the two-factor authentication barcode:

1) Click the Authentication app icon:

2) Click the pencil icon (circled in the image)

3) Then tick any codes starting with 'Impero back:drop' then press delete (both highlighted in blue)

4) Confirm the deletion

5) click Begin Setup

6) click scan barcode

7) Scan the barcode displayed on your screen and enter the 6 digit code that is on your phone in this field and click continue
