The Action Plan is the first page you see when you log in to Impero back:drop and where all alerts you receive will be sent. 


You may receive the following alerts in your Action Plan:

  • New concerns added to the system sorted into category types
  • Medication due to be taken reminders 
  • Medication due to expire reminders
  • Documents shared with you
  • DBS check reminders
  • Staff training reminders


You may not receive all of these alerts as it depends on your role and how permissions have been set.
