Reminders can be set up to notify the appropriate staff member that the 3 year renewal date for a DBS check is upcoming.


Navigate to the People tab from the main menu. The DBS check reminder is at the top of the page. Select the arrow to expand the drop down form. 


Enter when you would like the reminder to be sent out, who to notify and whether you would like to notify as an alert to  the action plan or an email. You can add multiple reminders in the approach to the DBS renewal date. Remember to click save to update the reminder
