This can be due to your MIS requiring that you have shared data processing rights with Impero EdAware, but there other causes.


Children need to have a UPN and a start date that is in the past entered in your MIS to be pulled through to Impero EdAware. Please check these are in place before contacting support as we will ask you to confirm this. 


Staff also need to have a start date that it is in the past before their information will be pulled through.
