Usually the meshlib.dll error is related to a path variable in Windows not being set correctly. It will only happen on computers where Pointer is installed or automatically included in the install as far as we know. To locate and check the variable do the following:

  1. Right-click on my computer and go to Properties.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Click on Environment Variables.
  4. Select the Temp User variables then double click the Path system variable. This will show you the path.

For version 6.8.3 or lower it should have two entries specific to Vision and a number of other entries. Other entries are ok, as long as these exist and are formatted correctly:

 C:\Program Files\Common Files\GenevaLogic;C:Program Files\GenevaLogic\Vision\XL;

For version 6.9 or lower it should have four entries specific to Vision and a number of other entries. Other entries are ok, as long as these exist and are formatted correctly:

 C:\Program Files\Common Files\GenevaLogic;C:\Program Files\GenevaLogicVisionXL;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Netop;C:\Program Files\Netop\Vision\XL;

Note: If these entries are present, or you try to add them and it still fails, contact technical support.
